I am a new resident and I have moving boxes and paper that I would like to pick up?

 A~Call Fort Irwin Trash to schedule for a bulk pick up a day ahead, if it is not on your scheduled route.  Please break down all boxes and bag paper in trash bags.  This includes boxes with paper in them.  Place on curb or if your receptacles are placed in the back (Sandy Basin I, Sandy Basin II and Sleepy Hollow residents) behind the garage along the edge of the redrock, the driveway or goldstone where it meets the street just before seven and the items will be picked up between 7:00am and 3:30pm. 

 
 I did not set out my bins on time?

 A~Call Fort Irwin Trash to schedule the next day, remember to set out just before 7:00am, this includes bulk items. 

 
 My bins and or bulk did not get picked up?

 A~Were bins or bulk placed out just before seven?  Check bin for items that are considered bulk that may have be placed in receptacle such as wood or metal, any hazardous materials in the receptacle or with bulk will not be picked up.  Call Fort Irwin Trash to schedule a pick up.

 
 I am clearing quarters and would like to schedule for a pick up?

 A~Call Fort Irwin Trash between 8:00am and 5:00 to schedule for the next day.  A pick up can be scheduled days in advance.  We can empty both bins and pick up bulk items.  If you are scheduling weeks in advance, take advantage of your scheduled route, you can also place bulk items out to minimize excess bulk on your final bulk pick up.  Call Fort Irwin Trash if you have any questions.

 My bin is cracked or the lid is missing?

 A~Call Fort Irwin Trash and we'll send someone out to determine whether the bin is still serviceable, if it is not or the lid is missing, customer service ill replace the bin without cost since this is normal wear.

 I am missing a bin?

 A~Fort Irwin Trash will not pick up the bins for any reason, we highly encourage the resident to look for the bin otherwise they must go to Pinnacle to get a new replacement. 

 
 I received a citation?

 A~Call Fort Irwin Trash to schedule for a pick up as soon as possible.  Items can only be placed out on your scheduled route, or if you called Fort Irwin Trash to schedule an appointment for the day other than your normal route.
